Young Adult Taekwondo
Beginner level Taekwondo martial arts training, self-defense and physical conditioning (Ages 14-19): Classes are 45 minutes and curriculum is focused on building confidence and coordination as well as focus, respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, indomitable spirit, and self-control. Regular Taekwondo skills are taught at all belt levels. Students are required to attend age/belt appropriate classes and are encouraged to attend as much as possible. Exceptions may be allowed on a case by case basis upon request and approval.
It is our goal at Counterforce Taekwondo to assist in the development of responsible, independent, confident, self-sufficient and productive individuals through quality Taekwondo instruction.
