Adult Taekwondo
14 years old and up. Classes are 45 minutes and curriculum is focused on fitness, building confidence, coordination, focus, respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, indomitable spirit, and self-control. Regular Taekwondo skills are taught at all belt levels. Students are required to attend age/belt appropriate classes and are encouraged to attend as much as possible. Exceptions may be allowed on a case by case basis upon request and approval.
