He can be a very shy person when he is out of his comfort zone. He also tends to be a perfectionist and shut down when he gets something wrong. This was the perfect environment for him. The instructors were very kind, patient, yet firm. It was nice to see him pushed to try things he wouldn't have otherwise. They really focus on discipline, respect and hard work. All things I think are lacking in other sport teams in his age group. One year later I've seen him become more confident and strong and open to try things he wouldn't necessary try. I know this will only help him become a more confident young man in the future. read less

The instructors are very knowledgeable when it comes to helping you reach your fitness goals. They motivate you to work hard and never stop. I'm very happy with my experience here and will continue to come here for as long as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone (rookie or advanced) who has serious fitness goals and would like some help reaching them! read less
