Family Taekwondo
All ages. These classes are open to everyone of all ages and belt levels. You are not required to have another family member in the class to attend. However, children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult family member. Classes are 45 minutes and curriculum is focused on having fun, building confidence, coordination, focus, respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, indomitable spirit, and self-control. Regular Taekwondo skills are taught at all belt levels, but the pace of this class is slightly slower pace and has less of an emphasis on fitness.
